You have 30 days to exchange or return your item(s) after receiving your order. To do so, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org first. We only accept returns if the items are not worn and the tags are still attached. Returns that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted and will be resent to the buyer. Return shipping costs will not be payed by Mikla Restaurant. When returning an item, please make sure you send us the invoice back as well and also please mention your order number. We will give you a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Please note that the shipment fees will not be refunded. If you notice a defect on one of your ordered items, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com with a photo of the defect to request an exchange or a refund. Mikla Restaurant will pay the shipping costs for the return of defected items. If you would like to arrange an exchange for the faulty item(s), please note that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If the defect can be repaired, we will get it repaired and send it back to the customer.
